I love noodles. And instant noodles are not as bad as people think. Here's how to make them delicious and nutritious.
- Do not use the whole pack. I usually break them into four parts and use only three. You can keep the last part for later.
- You put vegetables in them, and meat (if you eat meat), or eggs, or whatever you want.
- Do not only rely on the seasoning packet that comes with the noodles. Add something else to suit your taste. I often add chili peppers, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, jalapenos, lemon juice, vinegar with chili, and sesame oil. (but maybe not all at the same time...)
